Curry House Cuisine of India is a family-owned business located in Lacey, Washington. Curry House was founded by Ranbir Lidder and Paramjit Garcha with support from their children Aman and Kamal in 2012. Curry House strives to serve the finest Indian cuisine in the Greater Seattle metropolitan area.
Ranbir Lidder – CEO/Head Chef
Ranbir was born in one of the most vibrant places in India called Punjab. He immigrated to the United States in 1992. Ranbir has over 30 years of experience in working in the culinary world where he started his career at an upscale restaurant in Seattle, Washington as a busboy to becoming sous chef, and then eventually becoming the head chef.
In 1997, Ranbir decided to move to Thurston County to raise a family and has made a huge impact in bring Indian food to this community ever since. 2011 was the year where Ranbir made the decision to open up a family-owned restaurant called Curry House along with his wife Paramjit and his two kids, Aman and Kamal.
Paramjit Garcha – COO
Paramjit is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) who oversees all operations and ensures that the team is achieving business goals and values. She has more than 20 years of experience in working in the hospitality industry. Alongside with her husband, Ranbir and her two kids, she has been a key member of helping Curry House become successful, and continues to inspire the staff under her leadership.
Outside of work, you can see her travelling to new places and trying out new food.
Aman Lidder – President
As the President of Curry House, Aman is the top executive personnel responsible for the overall direction and administration of all Curry House’s operations and services. From an early age, Aman has displayed strong business acumen and has become an invaluable member to the team. Aman has a Master’s of Accountancy degree from Saint Martin’s University, Lacey, Washington.
Kamal Lidder – Chief Marketing Officer
As the Chief Marketing Officer of Curry House, Kamal is responsible for managing the social medias, collaborating with delivery partners, and ensuring the website is up to date. From an early age, Kamal has displayed a strong work ethic and loves to help her parents as much as she can.
Outside of the restaurant, Kamal is currently a Registered Nurse and enjoys travelling to new places.
